Refund policy

It is normal for your jeans to lose a little color in the first wash, however, they will not lose their original tone, they are simply the residues of the fabric dyeing process.

Do not use bleach or wash at high temperatures. Don't let them dry in the sun.

Avoid using strong detergents to preserve the color of your jeans.

Before wearing your jeans for the first time, we recommend that you soak them in salt, or give them the first wash if you want to prevent them from losing a little color during the first few uses.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 15 days from the date received. Please note items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Contact us to obtain the step-by-step and return instructions. Please tell us why are you returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, wrong item sent, defective, etc) Please note that changes made because of incorrect size are non-refundable so please refer to our size guide or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
